Two types of arch pads are included with white lower density pads pre-inserted and grey higher density pads for those who need more support.

TRAINING BENEFITS 
The open toe and heel design allows for barefoot contact with the floor in key areas of the foot during basic training.

The easy to slip on and off strapless design reduces the risk of bruising the top of the foot while training.

The arch pads are designed to offer arch support and to absorb impact during the execution of all movements and stances.

The pouch combined with the elasticity of the sleeve allows the pads to shift slightly under extreme lateral pressure and then to return in place.

​The toe band prevents the sleeve from rolling up under the foot during sparring when considerable back and forth movement occurs.
